Here's how it goes.  You rate the item on a scale of 1-10 on it's WINNERness.  1 being  , 10 being  .  Decimals are allowed.  After you rate the item, you can nominate 1-2 other items using 5 "points".  You can also predict what the item will get.  Closest predictions will be awarded 10 points to a nomination.  You may also nominate revotes of something.  Simply put, you can spend 5 points in any way you want in nominating new items, revotes, or adding points to already nominated items.

Rules:

1) No scores over 10 or under 1.
2) You may not nominate more than 2 new items.
3) Your points are restored every day, and can be reused for nominations or adding points to already nominated items.
4) You do not have to nominate or predict.
5) Outliers will be ignored and calculated into an alternate score.
6) No justifications or reasons will be needed, but they're allowed.
7) You do not need to spend all of your points.
