I have a question about my smartphone I need help with. It's a Droid 4 I bought new about a year ago (I like it because it has the sliding qwerty keyboard and arrow keys.) I'm having trouble with it not taking videos or loading videos some times. It periodically says, "this video cannot be played on this device." But sometimes I can take a video, without changing settings, and it will play. What is this? I read on a forum that you just have to turn it off and on and it will work again. So I tried that and the recorded videos didn't play, but all the new ones did for a while. Now it's acting up again. On and off doesn't work. Please help.

Maybe libstagefright has stage fright so he doesn't want to perform?

I haven't tried factory reset yet. What if I have to get a new phone and can't get a Droid 4 again? I heard no one is making new, full slidey keyboards. What should I get?
