So I pre-ordered Metro Last Light from them, while THQ was still alive, for $60 (well, $45 with a voucher but that's not the point). Then the rights switched to Deep Silver and the game now costs $50. Since it's still unreleased, I contacted support asking for the extra $10 difference:

Some interesting math: I bought Metro Last Light for $60 plus the 25% off voucher ($45 total), minus the $10 they gave me: $35. If I had bought it now, with the $50 price, I'd have paid $37.5 (50-25%) because the $10 they gave me didn't account for the 25% discount so technically they gave me $2.5 more than they should've
