IDK, but I can't even do that in Euro Truck Simulator 2!!

how do you correctly back up a trailer like that does anyone here know? 

well for one he doesn't have any spotters which is generally frowned upon by management, but fetch management, in my experience most truck drivers i worked with didn't need them anyways and this guy is clearly above the need for a spotter,

the general idea is to turn the wheel in the opposite direction you want the trailer to go, but with a big rig trailer it gets a little more complicated because as you can see the cab ends up almost perpendicular with the trailer,

in a nice big truck yard like that one it's ok because he has all the space he needs, but if you run out of room to back up and the trailer isn't in the position you need it to be i.e. perpendicular with a dock or doorway, you have to pull forward

and straighten the cab out until you can reverse and get the trailer to swing all the way in the direction you need it too,

this guy is either really lucky or has been doing it for a long time

Yeah. That semi successfully penetrated that building like hentai. I was laughing today at an UNFI driver who almost hit a customer's pickup while backing up on an open, empty road with the pickup driver guiding him. The truck driver has been driving since '99 and also works on a ski resort in Colorado, so he was wearing shorts even though it was only about 40 degrees F.

Well he crashed the truck and everyone died, so I'm going to say no he's not a very good driver.
