My old 6 Mbit/s "elite" Internet from AT&T TECHNICALLY had a data cap but it wasn't enforced AFAIK. But now that Comcast is doing it they have no reason not to!

sometimes my comcast doubles or even TRIPLES to like 420 KB/s!

can't complain though cuz hey it's free!
