In any cases, 

These vehicles are already in the Big Rigs data file. The batch file I made just renames a bunch of files in Carz.res to unlock them.

Goto where you installed Big Rigs, or grab the CD.
1) Copy "Carz.res" to your desktop and rename it to Carz.zip.
2) Extract Carz.zip with winzip or winrar.
3) Put the "4 new rigs.bat" into the new "Carz" folder and run the .bat file.
4) Play the game by running CarZ.exe and the new cars should show up.
5) Now you're WINNER!!!!

Make sure you can view file extentions and protected operating system files in folder options.
There is no way (yet) to undo the change without reextracting Carz.zip.
