I'd like to be able to tag other users with terms that you think are appropriate, or apply tags that others have already suggested, much like Steam's new tag feature.

Examples:

bjorno:
Cool, Hot

JAVIKS:
Coors Light Drinker, Lifts heavy stuff

Cirus:
Cool Guy, Admin

What does everyone think?
