What is the name of that youtube short film in which this guy goes into a circus and a whole pissload of weird poo poo happens and then some lady screams "MUSIC PLEASE" like three times

It was computer generated

I remember there was a little clown girl who had balloons that kept popping and reinflating whose head turned into a giant angry clown head which scared the ass out of me

I'm pretty sure the song playing throughout it is A Bicycle Built for Two.
