I have to agree that it's really slippery, I'm not terribly worried about dropping it but I never try to type unless it's got something soft to fall on because it almost always falls out of my hands.  It's really awkward to type in on in general because to hit the lower keys to the side you have to move your hand to the point where you're probably going to drop it.  I try to hold it up with my pinkies but it usually slips away from them pretty easily.  Hopefully my new free Samsung flip case will help.

Another thing is that the Back and Menu keys are REALLY sensitive.  They get pressed all the time, especially when I'm typing or trying to use it one handed like while in the car due to my palm going over the edge just slightly.

I swore I wouldn't get another Android device until my Nexus 7 dies, but if I am looking for a phone in the near future I will get a Note II

note 3 is apparently coming very soon, MWC I'm guessing, so wait for that.  The lady who activated my note 2 told me they were told it was coming within a month or so.  Not that that affected my decision at all.
