FREE

App2SD -- Will allow you to better manage apps in your internal memory and sd card.  Makes transfers from one to the other easy.
Defender II -- great, addictive tower defense game.  I'm on level 126, and I still play it when I'm on the bus.
Angry Birds Space Lite -- Angry birds but hey it's free.
OnLive -- you can actually stream all sorts of games.  It's really fun when you have a handheld, no controller, and are trying to play a game like Splinter Cell Conviction.  There are some touch-enabled games, though.
Dolphin Browser -- Voice and Handwriting Shortcut recognition.
Google Shopper -- You'll have fun pointing your camera at an item to check if Google Shopper recognizes it.
Google Play Movies & TV -- if you are into purchasing licenses for movies/tv shows.
Steam  -- good if you talk to people using this.  Also this version has voice recognition to type if you want.
iHeartRadio -- Mix and Match music and talk stations
The Federalist Papers -- Simple interface makes this WINNER.
Slice It! -- decent game about cutting shapes but I don't like it as much as other people do.
Temple Run -- Vertical 3d on-rails runner that has you avoiding obstacles in Indiana Jones-like settings.
Agent Dash -- Like Temple Run, but spy-themed.
Google Play Books -- Great app to read books if you don't like/have Kindle.  You can get books that are in the public domain for free, and I believe you can upload pdf files and convert them to book-like formats.
SuperGNES Lite -- Great Super Nintendo Emulator.
Agent Perry -- Puzzle game from Disney.  Fun with water.
Logo Quiz -- Simple yet fun way to analyze how much advertisement affects your brain.
ACLU New Jersey POLICE TAPE -- Because the 4th Amendment Never Rests   :usa:
Dead Trigger -- good way to test your graphics and how fps play on handhelds/tablets.

PAID
Max Payne -- Max Payne
Final Fantasy Crystal Defenders -- fun tower defense game.  I am still not sure if waves ever end.
Humble Bundle for Android -- Usually comes with good/crap games but enough good to overshadow the crap.  Mine came iwth Edge EX, Spirits, Osmos HD, Fieldrunners, and some tablet only game I couldn't play cuz not tablet.
World of Goo -- You build long stuff from balls of goo to get the rest of the goo balls to the end.  Good stuff.

ePSXe - best PS1 emulator for Android

I use FPse, have you tried it? I get 90% to fullspeed on my Motorola Milestone 2, playing Crash 3 is quite fun when you have nothing better to do away from home.

I'll try ePSXe later, but from my experience with the PC version it's not actually very good.

FPse is very good too; it has more options than ePSXe and the games look much better with the OpenGL plugin, but compatibility seems to be a little better with ePSXe. So far I've found that Gex 3, Herc's Adventures, and VR Missions are playable on ePSXe but not on FPse (Actually VR Missions runs on FPse, but without sound and freezes when you go on to the next level)
