I enjoy greentexting somuch whenever I'm on /v/, and I want to bring that joy here. I want stuff like "> Implying Big Rigs isn't WINNER" to become green after I type that magic ">" symbol. So could somebody please enable this? Thank you!

To make stories, statements, etc. more distinct. Plus, it's cool.

the idea is that in the olden days (and sometimes in emails to this day) you would quote a previous message using the > character, for example

it's also still used in like classic bulletin boards and things like linux bug reports and stuff like that

the board software 2ch/*chan uses makes lines started by > green to differentiate them better
4chan took the idea and ran it into the ground

Well I am living in a futuristic world where you have all kinds of options for editing your text that make that look outdated and useless.

This will never be implemented.

We are quite capable of coming up with our own unique features we do not need to rip off 4chan AKA the internet's ass hole
