Looks hella cool

Why does it look hella cool? Explain to the layman what this game offers over the previous installments in the series.

A lot of my excitement comes from the fact that the core looks similar, but it looks like they added a lot of variety to the cities and interiors that the previous games lacked.  Of course it's too early to know exactly what the game will be like but more detail in the world would be a really crucial feature I feel.
