Can it play Gumshoe?

When I bought mine it was with the intention of reading scientific papers on the go and other things that were difficult on my phone but easier than using my laptop.  iPads are good for taking notes in class but the Nexus 7 is too small for that.

it's a device that's just small enough to be easily held in hand, big enough to read and watch movies on comfortably, powerful enough to watch HD movies and play any game that came out before the early 2000s (plus all Android games), and it costs $230

it's basically perfect

I was out looking around some stores today and I saw a demo model of one. It looks crazy long to me.
