I am updating the 
wiki and I wanted to clarify what Sergey meant when he said "kind of suck".
I initially thought that kind of suck is synonymous with NOT WINNER because is not suck and 
is suck so kind of suck must be between these two polar extremes. As I understand it, this position is also occupied by NOT WINNER, an essentially neutral term.
Mapping it out:
WINNER--NOT WINNER/Kind of suck--LOSER
But must it?
Perhaps there is a continuum of. As kind of suck implies there is some suckage and thus some , perhaps something that is kind of suck is leaning on and would be more than NOT WINNER.
Is this a more accurate map then?:
WINNER--NOT WINNER--Kind of suck--LOSER
