levis are honestly fine, of course they're not gonna be of the same quality of material or fit as their more expensive counterparts but honestly unless you're REALLY desperate to impress people or just have to have the finest in jeans levis, for the price, are about the best you can do

What's the next thing we're gonna be elitist about?

Beverages?
Pets?
Toilet brands?

It's neverending

what kind of levis are you buying, i usually just go to target and buy their skinnys and those have fit me great, so if it's any other fits then that would explain it

also jeans elitism is important otherwise we'd have to deal with everyone wearing wranglers all the time and that is not a world i want to live in

I don't know, I haven't tried them for a while so it probably wouldn't be a problem anymore.  I used to have huge thigh muscles which made jean shopping a terrible experience but that is no longer the case.

Columbia is legit, I have last season's ski coat they made.

They're pretty high quality at any price range, I bought a fleece(?) jacket made by them for $20 which is pretty darn low for new winter wear by a good brand and it actually fit! Everything else in that price range was by no-name companies and were disproportional and with lousy zippers.

Some guy in my dorm was showing off his new north face coat, specifically the gigantic-ass north face logo on the hood. So stupid. It looked like a fine coat but I'd feel like such a jackass if I had a giant logo on my dome
