I really have no idea how you can't see it, it's not even really a slight difference but quite large.

In any case it makes the banner more funny

when I have my laptop screen titled 45 degrees, I can't see it.  when I have it at a straight angle, I can.  Either way, 

Well see, my crappy monitor experience apparently was not unique. But yes, I am a big fan of the goofy three now.

I have my magic wand tolerance set incredibly low and it's still selecting the area around the 3 along the rest of the black area.  I got my monitor for free on account of it was being thrown away by a friend, so I am forced to conclude that if you have a monitor that shows some sort of problem then you paid too much money for yours.

Like I said the only thing I can see there is JPEG artifacts, if that's what I'm supposed to be seeing then OK, I can see it, it just doesn't stand out to me
