This award goes to the user who has shown the most festivity over the past month or so (the holiday Christmas season). This could be measured by whether the user has a Santa hat in their avatar, how winter/Christmas-related the user's avatar and signature are, and other stuff like that.

I figure I should at least be in the running for concocting the first yourewinner.com Christmas Parade.  :headbang:
