Everyone! I wanted to share this new secret with Rigists everywhere, and now that I'm a member of this forum, I can! I have a copy of Midnight Race Club, and can confirm that Nightride is (somewhat) a playable level. When you select the level, it redirects to Small Town Road. Still, it's closer to the vision of a city than Devil Passage.
