Start against walls and work your way to vertical. I can't do them anymore and now I have plant on the wall I trained on, so I'm simply cursed to never handstand again

Hand stands are definitely an advanced calisthenics move. They are harder than muscle ups.

I can work my way up vertically to the point where my body is parallel to the wall but as soon as I push my toes off the wall, I lose balance immediately. Maybe I'll try to do them again

I cut my hands up on the monkey bars again. There was no blood this time but I have three nasty little cuts with the flaps of skin hanging off of the palm of my left hand and one cut on my right hand.

I put a couple of bandaids on them but they came off when I washed my hands. I did 21 pullups today but I had to stop because the cuts on my palms were hurting and I didn't want to mess up my hands even more.

I'll probably just do push-ups for a couple of weeks and wait for my palms to heal up properly.

My hands have healed up.

I usually can only do about 70 pushups. Today I pushed myself and did 88 pushups. I was originally going to stop at 75 but I had the strength to keep going. I was grunting very loudly and expectorating on the floor while doing the last 10 pushups. I think the grunting and slobbering somehow gave me extra strength.

Then I ate 5 ice cream bars.

Two hundred is ideal. But I think 88 in a row is better than most dudes I know.

That sucks. Have you recovered yet?

My hands are doing fine right now.
