DPRK football team is not used to playing in cool climates, unlike a lot of Brazilians who play in Europe year-round. Perhaps the cooler climate was brought in to take down DPRK.Of course, it is also possible that the DPRK simply did not sweat hard enough to celebrate the memory of the Eternal President Fatherly Leader Kim Il Sung and fight for one Korea. Everyone is sweating after a few minutes so I doubt the cold matters that much to them, and South Africa doesn't even get that cold. 46F at the worst, that's pretty mild.
