I mean it's really not a bad way to look at it.  Celtic are the biggest team in Scotland and one of the most storied in all of Europe and their players make millions.  Lincoln players have their day jobs and play football part-time in a country with a population of 30,000.  In fact, one of the Lincoln players was driving a taxi until a couple of hours before the match.
