I got glasses last week because years of staring at a computer screen late into the night made me ever so slightly short sighted

hahahahaha owned! JK i have been short sighted since my youth :(

i started wearing glasses when i was 2 years old, but then one day i stopped and my eyes fixed themselves!
sometimes i still get all cross-eyeded, but even shaq has that problem so I'm not worried.

I've always had astigmatism, hyperopia and strabismus, and as such I've needed glasses for my whole life.

astigmatism is a bitch, contacts get fairly expensive for that especially when they are also multifocal

I'm pretty sure my doctors always said I couldn't get contacts for my conditions, not that I ever wanted to anyway.

I'd much more rather have glasses than stick things into my eyeballs.

I was pretty wary of contacts for a while but they're fantastic and I don't want to go back to wearing glasses regularly again

contacts are cool they make you more beautiful

i'm sure they make contacts for all of your conditions, but they would be outrageously priced

its also pretty cool that i can touch me eye without freaking out

I use my glasses 24/7 only taking them out to sleep and shower, I have no desire for contacts whatsoever

I'm actually so used to glasses that I think I look bad (worse, rather) without them

whats important to know is that dissident showers with his glasses and is therefor crazy.
