Just make sure you don't have the "Epic Scale" software installed on your PC, if you use a later version of utorrent.

just don't use utorrent

it's been complete garbage for years now and there are so many better alternatives

Just use a FLOSS bittorrent client (qbittorrent, ktorrent, deluge, transmission, rtorrent etc)
the only ones you can trust!!

Just stopped using Deluge; kept on getting a "no incoming connections" error message, tried a few things to fix it, nothing worked.  Installed qBittorrent, started working immediately.
