How will I learn to sleep under covers instead of totall naked with no covers while sweating profusely ? Please advise

Air conditioning is for weak American babies.

At high temperatures fans can blow hot air around rather than offer cooling relief but you'd probably have to be living in a desert-like area to experience that sort of heat consistently. This also really depends on what climate you live in but across the U.S. people on average spend much more on heating than cooling costs.
