We need a subcategory in People

People > Upstanding African American Members of Society

we could put Mr. T, Samuel L. Jackson, Will Smith etc in there

Also for the needs more pictures template I think it should be needs more lens flare.

I made a bit of a mess.  I made the Mike Jones article but made it as MIke Jones, and I copypasted the pp-template from wikipedia even though I didn't need it.
