Yes, surfthechannel was originally called tv-links, but I think the American FBI played some part in getting the site shut down, despite the servers being in switzerland/sweden/wherever, I forget now.  This one guy deemed responsible for the site was put in jail, but got released after only a few days according to my bruv.
