Ok first you have to be nominated for access to the VIP Rich Lounge (which I just did for you)
Next you have to buy and use a VIP Rich Lounge pass
FINALLY, you will have access to all the cool shop items like the one that lets you write news and reveal post ratings

It's a really complicated and stupid process, but that's the way it needs to be done.
