From what I've been reading, the game is full of great ideas but technically it's a mess. Nevertheless, I've been wanting to get the PS3 version now that I have it but now it's coming to PC! Apparently they're gonna fix all the technical aspects (terrible textures, controls and framerate).

I have never heard of this game. Also that video makes it look kind of dumb. THIS IS JUST MY OPINION OK.

Deadly Premonition is without a doubt my favorite game, I already own the original version and Director's Cut and will gladly buy it yet again.

Sure it looks dumb from the trailer, but beneath the PS2-era graphics and cheesy soundtrack is a legitimately good story and pretty much the most likeable cast of characters ever. I meant to write an honest review of it at one point, maybe I'll get around to it some day.
