You are overthinking things . Most of the old timers were neurotic and most of them drank heavily to dull feelings of dread. Most men have difficulty with women. I'd try and not think about women for the next few years if I were you.

You're probably going to be miserable until you can make sense of a few personal problems. That could take months or years to resolve. In the meantime try to be kind to yourself. If you're trying hard then that is all anyone can ask for. Go outside for an hour every morning. Get some form of exercise and eat non- processed foods.

It was a bit dry. I ate a can of mackerel and beef for dinner last night.

I ate pig liver, a can of mackerel, and egg and seaweed soup for dinner.

I only ate 4 cans in 24 hours so I do not qualify for the award but I am prepared to eat up to 10 cans of mackerel in one day if I can get some kind of user award.

I had two cans of sardines and a can of soda water for dinner.

I'm seriously thinking about finishing off the other three cans for dinner. Can I get an achievement award for eating more than $30 worth of canned fish in 24 hours?

I bought 6 cans of mackerel for 30 bucks. I had 3 cans for lunch. It was good.

I bought a $4.50 can of mackerel. It tasted like sardines. The quality of the fish was good but I was hoping I'd get a little bit more for the price I paid.
