We need a lot more activity in the
board than we are getting right now, so we need to implement measures to encourage posting there.
Thus, I believe we should enforce a 1 topic per week rule for posting in the BROTRR board. That is, every active user must post at least one thread (as well as at least two other posts) every 7 days in that board, or they get

What do you think? Should any changes be made to this idea? Do you have other ideas for increasing traffic in that board?

Note: I'm not experienced in picking out PC builds yet, so don't be surprised if I make noobish mistakes.
Is there anything I'm missing? For instance, will I need fans for a paltry build like this?

- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820313355 (I can always sell the other 4GB stick if I don't need it)
- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148723 (I should probably go for a bigger drive, but I want to keep the build as inexpensive as possible)

- And then stuff like keyboard/mouse and cables, but I have plenty of those lying around the house

Such information would be useful for bartering around here.

We need a board where we can post foot-tapping music and dance animations. It would be different from the current Other Media board because we won't be discussing the music; instead, we'll just shut up and dance.

Sony is releasing a new revision of the PS Vita in Japan with 1GB of built in memory, a USB port for charging instead of proprietary port, and an LCD screen instead of an OLED screen. There will be six colors available, too (in addition to special edition colors bundled with certain games). It appears to be retailing for the same price as the original PS Vita (about $200).

(Image looks kinda stretched horizontally; sorry about that)
And then there's this home version of the Vita called the PS Vita TV. In addition to PS1 and PSP games (and all the multimedia poo poo supported by the regular Vita), PS Vita TV is supposed to be able to play almost all of the Vita library (except for games requiring the touch sensors and stuff like that, which sucks). The Vita TV alone will be about $100 (with 1GB internal memory), and a bundle with the PS Vita TV, an 8GB memory card, and a DualShock 3 will be out for about $150.

As far as I know, neither of these have been announced for release outside Japan yet.

Vote for which movie(s) you believe to be most WINNER. After one day has passed November 20 arrives, the poll will close, and we will see which movie(s) is awarded the title of WINNERest Movie(s) of All Time.

Keiji Inafune's Mighty No. 9 project reached the stretch goal for Mac and Linux versions a few days ago, if anyone was interested in that game.

So there's this new cartoon on Cartoon Network that premiered last Monday, called Uncle Grandpa. Did anyone see it?
When I watched the first episode, I thought it was the dumbest show I had ever watched (outside of CN's live-action show Incredible Crew). I warmed up to it a little bit eventually, though; it's still not one of my favorites, though.

If
is the WINNERest game of all time, then what is the WINNERest movie of all time?

People keep giving me Turd ratings, and I wish to know why so that I can stop posting Turd-worthy stuff.

So I'm interested in building myself an arcade machine to play retro games, but I don't want to spend a fortune. Where is a good place to start for building an arcade machine like this for cheap?

http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1236620800/shantae-half-genie-hero?ref=live
WayForward is running a Kickstarter for a new Shantae sequel. It's gonna come out for PC (via Steam), 360, PS3, Wii U, PS4, and Xbone.
Funding rewards start at $5 for a Shantae wallpaper, and getting the game itself is $15.
There was a limited-quantity deal for reserving a copy of the game for $12 (only 1,000 available), but it's

I suggest we introduce a "Side-Voting" rating (basically like the upvote and downvote hands, except the hand and thumb are turned sideways). That way, we can rate posts we are apathetic about (or just don't have any specific rating in mind). We gotta cover all bases, you know!

Should I keep Bark Entertainment as the name of my development studio, or should I switch to something like Mobius Games or Mobius Entertainment?
Mobius sounds like an awesome name, but it seems like some other companies are already using it (plus, it would be a lot of work to try and change the name of my studio at this point).
Any other suggestions for names?
