It's just a gamble really, Pep has never been tested outside of Barcelona's system which is unique from every other system in Europe, and Pep lived that system same system in his younger days so was uber familiar with it.

But he did so well at Barca, I think he will do just fine at Bayern.  In any case he brings a ton of attention to the Bundesliga which they deserve.
