OK, if you know what Smarties are, they are giant versions of those.  Except the chocolate is Galaxy (Mars), not by Nestle.

Yeah, they are sort-of-like M&Ms, not multi-coloured (all dark brown), much bigger, and much better.

Today I learned that there is a stupid british candy that stole the name smarties from the freedom loving AMERICAN artificially flavored tablet candy

wow British smarties must be way different from American smarties because American smarties don't have any chocolate and little kids smoke them
