It would have been better for me to build a nice $300-400 HTPC with Core i3/5/HD4000 graphics
One that could run RetroArch in KMS mode with perfect low-latency audio/video/input and all the cool shaders that Android devices can't handle!! And Steam games too, wow that would be so cool!

Or at least a high-end Android device like the Shield that can run PCSX-reARMed fullspeed with NEON enhanced resolution!!
