Depends on the brand really. I don't like sugary tomato sauce ether.

I haven't noticed a lot of sugar in the tomato tins I've seen. I'm more a fan of the chili oil varieties. My favorite so far is Pollastrini (they also have a spicy tomato variety but I haven't found it yet):

My neighbor fried some bok choy and I brought over a can of sardines and we enjoyed a small but nutritious dinner. Sardines bring people together.
