There's like one serving on almonds for every 2 L of almond milk, the rest is just water.  By definition almond milk is garbage water!!!!

It's just kind of its own flavor, hard to describe.  I would recommend not getting plain initially, vanilla is usually a good flavor.  Make sure it isn't loaded with a ton of sugar because that makes it gross.

Lactose intolerance just means you can't digest it.  Also it doesn't usually occur until a few years of age I think
