make it smaller. :ballin: is only 400 kb

ballin has like 30 frames the stalin animation is like 300

if i made it 400kb it would either have to be illegibly small or horribly compressed

You could take out frames too.
It might look a little choppy but you can easily take out 118 or 119 frames with an automated thing
