worked through the last few cans with some leftover chinese takeout rice.  sardines and white rice is a tough combo to beat, might just have to make that a regular thing

most of the cans in that batch didn't wow me, they were all pretty much the same in terms of texture and flavor, so I figured they would all be the same.  but the Sea Tales really blew me away, amazing flavor, great mouthfeel, just all around a joy to eat.  They were much pricier than the rest but now I see why.  now I'm looking forward to discovering other standouts
