Every time you eat a vegan or vegetarian meal i'd like to hear about it in this thread. I can get the ball rolling. For breakfast I just ate granola with almonds, coconut strips (dried, from trader joes) , banana chips, and raisins. Also all from trader joes. I put in some Almond milk to make it like cereal and then ate it. Not only has it given me energy for my day but I'm feeling pretty good that no animals had to be harmed or abused for me to sustain my life.

I'd love to hear what kind of vegan and vegetarian options you guys enjoy.  Pretty soon ill tell you how to make a vegan, soy-rizo breakfast wrap

That doesnt count because some of them contain gelatin from animal hooves in it

Beer doesnt grow as a plant so it cant really have any GMOs added to it even if Coors wanted to

i went to the coors brewery one time and added blood from a rocky mountain big horn sheep, so i can confirm that coors light is definitely not vegan

The beer flows through the rivers near Golden, Colorado and they trap it in cans then sell it, that is really about it. No GMOs added
