No worries. I think healthy wrists are necessary for having healthy hands. You could take one or two aspirin pills if you're in pain. Of course I'm not a doctor.

i broke a carpal bone in my left hand
its taking forever to heal and it hurts

Stress causes knee pain, wrist pain, and low blood pressure. You need to get 20 to 40 minutes of morning sunlight and your wrist will recover much faster.

I get 20 minutes of sunlight on my yoni every morning as part of my mindful tai chi routine
