Hm, well let's analyze the hypotheses

A Big Rig once hit his foot under on the 18wheels of thunder, when he was a little kid.

I've never been so blessed by a BIG RIG in all my life. It would be an honor that I would tell my friends, children, and grandchildren. Knowing HWSNBN's lack of respect for the Almighty Rig this is clearly not possible.

His daddy was a Big-Rig-Driver and was always away from home

A BIG RIG never forgets the way home

His pc couldn't cope with the minimum specs for BROTRR

This is probably the only explanation, since in HWSNBN's LOSER review of BROTRR he seems remarkably upset. What I think he did was break one of the Rigmandments by altering some files to run on his unworthy machine, thus only seeing BROTRR the way he'd like to see it, which is in a false LOSER light.

He COULD ride the bridge!

Again, this is plausible following my 'altered game' idea. Since BROTRR I have only driven under bridges IRL and doing so has cured me of my clinical depression and cancerous tumors.

He blew up his speakers before playing BROTTR, and has never heard BROTRR's killer soundtrack

Lord Stell would not allow this unless the player is naturally LOSER, which is the only certain explanation for HWSNBN's LOSERness.

All in all, the above all could be true, but if there's something I know for sure it's that HWSNBN is LOSER because he just is.
