overflow-x: -webkit-marquee not working as expected??

hey m8s can you view this page in a webkit browser like safari (not chrome!) and tell me if all my tags are scrolling or just the ones that overflow like the one below.
They all scroll in my linux browsers (even when the text don't overflow!) which is not how I expected overflow-x: -webkit-marquee to work!
