I also got a little emo during that segment. My wife and I joined in with the YES chant at the end.

Then we both rolled our eyes at the Five Hour Energy commercial with him in it not even five minutes later.

Frankly, I think he has nothing to be ashamed of. He got so much further than anyone expected he would.

That said, I think he and CM Punk have basically proven why Indy darlings don't make good WWE performers. It's all well and good to do sick Japanese bumps without painkillers when you only wrestle one show every month or so. When you wrestle 2-3 shows a week though, you're going to destroy yourself.
