Brazil totally choked but not as bad as Gyan choked for Ghana yesterday.  Netherlands have a free pass to the final I think now, Uruguay won't be nearly as good without Suarez.

It's crazy how Germany is just destroying everybody, they made Argentina look plain old silly today.  I want to assume that Spain will just be disappointing again, but Villa is insane so who knows!!

The rest of spain is going to need to step up though if they want to even come close to touching germany.  schweinsteiger is playing fetching great right now and when he and klose are running on all cylinders they just destroy team's defenses, as you saw today.  Podolski is no slouch either though so they have a lot of weapons up front that Spain is going to have to account for.  Germany's defense is looking pretty good right now too, Lahm is as good as he's always been and they did a really good job today shutting down Messi before he was able to get on any good runs.  If they can shut down Villa like they did Messi then I think they'll do fine, the rest of the spanish team hasn't really shown much competence striking so as long as Germany keeps up what they've been doing they'll come out fine.  The only way I could see spain winning is if torres and fabregas get back in their grooves, but so far they've been pretty lackluster.

I'm calling the Dutch taking it this cup.  They're looking really strong right now and I think that tactically they're better than Germany.  Their set pieces are looking great and their positioning is phenomenal.
