smf has a bunch of avatar scaling options and this is the best one

As long as the avatar is less than 125x150 it keeps the proportion and doesn't stretch it.  The only ones that are stretched are the ones that used the old resizing system that didn't work right.  I've fixed bjorno's, Grignr's and OTRR's avatars to reflect this.  DZ apparently never realized that his avatar wasn't stretched anyway.
