No, it is Mega's desktop client to sync your files to THE CLOUD. There are packages for several distros.

I don't actually use these things, so I'm not even really excited.

oh I see

do they really have to make a new version for every separate distro release?  is fedora 20 radically different from fedora 19?

Yes, that is the single biggest problem the Linux desktop faces right now, imo. Poor ABI stability.
You might get lucky and the binary you compiled for Fedora 19 also works on Fedora 20, but ideally you should compile it for both systems.

Steam works around this by basically statically linking everything against their steam-runtime (a stable set of Linux libs).
GOG decided to just target the latest LTS Ubuntu release (and the corresponding Mint release, which is basically the same thing)

so linux is a pain to use and a pain to develop for

why should we use it again
