How exactly do we run it? Did you bundle it with the runtimes? I hope it's one of those things that you can just extract to a folder and play. I'm just saying that because I've had some bad experiences with RPG Maker games' limited distributability.

You can just extract and play. Yeah, I don't blame you. I only started on this one as a joke to entertain the people posting on the Shaq Fu board.

Wow. A friend of mine posted a link to this game on one of those stupid chan websites and they're all calling it a ripoff of the Barkley Shut up and Jam RPG. Being the originator of this premise, that makes me feel like poo poo. Whatever. I didn't even identify with this game for the longest time. I think finishing this was a mistake. I should have just let sleeping dogs lie.

being WINNER is hard in this LOSER world, it's much easier to criticize than it is to put together an RPG worthy of bearing shaq's name, you just gotta keep on truckin and

Nameless, Don't listen to 4chan because it's the lowest form of humanity and it's populated by LOSERs and weeaboos. This game is extremely and you should feel proud of yourself for making it.

One time, I was in a record store, saw two kids looking at an Alice Cooper CD. One of them said, and I quote, "Look, this dude's ripping off The Crow." Moral of the story is, stupid people have stupid opinions, and kids who don't know poo poo also don't know any better.

Don't waste your time worrying about it, a fair number of chan-tards couldn't find their own opinions with both hands and Google Maps, and it would probably kill them to actually learn something new that wasn't spoon-fed to them in 14-point Impact by a cat who thinks he's people.

I trust you so I'm downloading it. If this works straight out of the box, it might provide a template for distributing my own RPG Maker games. My only complaint is that it's 15 unicorning megabytes for a 2D RPG with mostly stock graphics. I seriously hope most of that is the game and not the runtime. Otherwise, I'm just sticking to my own RPG engine.

EDIT: OK, I think I'll just stick to my own engine. Any game engine that depends on an installer is a piece of poo poo. It doesn't matter how much effort went into the game, it's the game engine I'm complaining about.

Thanks guys. A buddy of mine (guys who played this game when I circulated it in person) spammed this link around without even asking me. I didn't make this game for the rest of the Internet, so who gives a poo poo about what they think?

Anyway, an update: I took a trip back to my dad's house and found an old copy of SFRPG that had content that my release didn't including a battle with "Eat Criminal" (Sepherstein--Gfaqs moderator that mass banned us after we flooded RI with Goatse links). I'm going to re-add that plus add more to the ending, music, and actually add the bad ending option. I rushed this game due to a job offer but it fell through so I still have plenty of time to mess with this.

EDIT: Now that I'm playing through this old version (circa 2004), I realize that there is a lot of content here. It approximately doubles (maybe even triples) the content of the version that I uploaded earlier. A few days from now when I fully integrate it, I'll need some play-testers if anyone wants to. I have to re-balance the battles and I have to edit a lot of variables and switches that overlap so testers will have to ensure that the separate versions don't conflict with each other. Don't worry, the dialog is far too golden to edit (unicorn university, the grammar is just fine the way it is). I've had a nostalgia overload just playing through it again. Man, I was one unicorned up kid. No wonder they suspended me for this game back in HS.

Glad to see you aren't letting those dumbazzes get to you. unicorn what anyone else says, this game is amazing and an important part of WINNER history.
