Charge interest on Rigcoin debt

You can't have an economy if Rigcoins are free to give, you'll end up with people giving each other Rigcoins just to cheat the system. I suggest restoring Rigcoins back to the ranking system (Cool Points) and having Rigcoins be based on an actual economic model to be issued in finite quantity and freely traded amongst users for goods, services, charity, etc.

People gaming the system?  It's just like a real economy!

I think what there needs to be is a way to obtain more rigcoins that would eclipse individual user contributions.  That way user contributions still matter but are trivial in terms of actually being able to buy things.
