Breaking News: Rich people have a terrible sense of entitlement

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-02-29/wall-street-bonus-withdrawal-means-trading-aspen-for-cheap-chex.html

Quote
Schiff, 46, is facing another kind of jam this year: Paid a lower bonus, he said the $350,000 he earns, enough to put him in the country’s top 1 percent by income, doesn’t cover his family’s private-school tuition, a Kent, Connecticut, summer rental and the upgrade they would like from their 1,200-square- foot Brooklyn duplex.

“I feel stuck,” Schiff said. “The New York that I wanted to have is still just beyond my reach.”

Is there really anyone middle-class or below that would feel bad for these people?

I weep for these brave men and women.  The unwashed masses could never understand their pain.

I've been staying in apartments and trailer homes and motel rooms my whole life and I love it.

If I had a million dollars I would still live the same and just buy a bunch of cool poo poo like a big screen TV, gaming PC, RedBull, and a new bicycle.
What would you do with a million dollars?

I would buy a fairly good sized house and then fill it up with cool stuff.  Can't get all of the toys you need in a small area.

what more do you need beyond a top of the line computer, 3 monitors and a fleshlight?

Of course a 3 bedroom would have a lot of room for my waifu figurine, dakimakura and Real Doll collection.

I'd buy a decent house, furnish it sensibly, save 200k, and spend the rest on books and traveling.

Sounds like my grandmother.
She's talking how she feels poor because she's got to cut her vacation to some island country in the Caribbean, and yet my family is living off very little (About 1 or 2$ above minimum wage).

With 1Mill? I think Ballinator has the right idea. Big Rigs Theme Park.
