What's up guys I decided I'm going to stop drinking soda and other sugary drinks.
I'm on day 2 and I have a headache and feel like poo poo, but I stepped on the scale and I already lost a pound! WOW!

try drinking beer instead, that's a good alternative

I quit soda like 3 years ago and never looked back, very good decision

I quit soda as a regular thing (still drink on few occasions) and now i drink a lot of tea and I lost a bunch of weight from it plus I feel a lot healthier

When I quit my soda addiction I was in a bad mood for like a month, however it was probably one of the best things I ever did.

Water 4 lyfe.

Except as part of the occasional mixed drink I've stopped drinking and buying soda and it was a pretty good decision overall, best of luck to you on your soda-quitting journey steev

Headache is gone, feeling okay. Can't really drink anything from the gas station anymore except for SMART WATER
